N-CARE has come into existence only to cater to the Industry need of the trained manpower. Hence the entire pedagogy is based on Corporate Interaction. Even while designing the curriculum we have taken into consideration needs of the Industry. At N-CARE , We have set up a dedicated Industry accreditation cell where we invite likeminded company to collaborate with us and help us in imparting quality education to students and in turn get benefitted by getting trained manpower, which results in saving huge training cost for these corporate. CXO Forum
We invite the leaders of various fields to come and share their experience with the students. The idea of the CXO Forum is to develop Leadership skills among students right from beginning. We at N-CARE invite Industry Leaders to our Campus every alternate week and this is going to be a regular affairs rather than once in a time affairs. We Invite CXO from various fields who not only guide them what is expected of them in their respective fields of job but also guide and motivate them to prepare for a rewarding career.
Corporate Mentoring Program
We at N-CARE feel that best way to expose students to the tools and technique of Information Management by way of on the job training or the practical exposure. In order to deliver the best of the best on the job training to our budding Information Management Professionals, We have launched a corporate mentoring program where in we have tied up with leading Industry Players.

In today's super efficient global markets, where competing firms have equal access to capital goods and information, development and growth is threatened if managerial efficiency is not improved. In such a scenario, it is imperative that practicing managers must develop skills for shareholder value creation and to build their own global knowledge. To facilitate this process, N-CARE shall regularly be organizing management development programmes for corporate managers and senior officials.
N-CARE invites eminent professors from the world's well known universities to conduct MDPs on campus. They offer a wide range of latest management ideas relevant to the industry and also help us to build relationship with wider industry.
Research and Development
Research is an essential ingredient of any academic system. The faculty at N-CARE shall take up research (both fundamental and applied) and case studies in business corporations, both individually and in association with national and international organizations.
The Institute takes up consulting assignments for corporate bodies with the objective of improving contemporary management practices. Consultancy work also involves preparation of project proposals, monitoring mechanisms, baseline and end line surveys, project evaluations, impact assignment documentation for project formulation and policy issues.
